Our assistance is not only for the purchase of the property but for the full analysis of the deal. Over the years, we have been involved in a large number of transactions like these, gaining the right experience to finalise such operations.

We created this team with the intention of guiding the buyer through the process of astas. The housing market in Italy is very large and confusing. We therefore want to do things differently. We want to accompany people who have been dreaming of their own home in Italy for years from the beginning of the search until they get the key to the house,

Even after that, we can play a major role in getting them started in the buraucracy that is present in Italy.

The biggest problem we encountered the most is the language barrier, we speak your mother tongue and that gives confidence. The asta housing market is very well known in italy and people are using it more and more, we want to make it accessible to foreigners as well. Through a wish list, we can search the auctions in a very targeted way. We work exclusively for the buyer. We are convinced that buying at auction is a safer and cheaper alternative to buying on the regular housing market. We work very closely with a geometra, lawyer, engineer, contractors therefore every question can be answered correctly for our buyers.

Ghyselinck Kristof,

kristof has been running his own construction company for 25 years, building and selling his own new construction projects in Belgium. My first purchase in Italy was in 2017.
I am also business manager of Il Nido Nero which builds and rents eco houses in Italy.
My construction experience allows me to assess and evaluate a building very well.
listening to the wishes for the buyer is my priority, finding the right home is the ultimate challenge.
I am the first contact person for the Belgian and Dutch market.
I also speak English and French, we find it important to be able to guide the buyers in their own language.

Michela Pop,

After obtaining the Bachelor degree in Economics on May 2016 at University of Perugia, I continued my studies and complete the Master in Business Administration in two years at University of Perugia. During my last year of studies I start working in the office of an Official Receiver ( Curatore Fallimentare) of the Court of Perugia. The main responsibilities assigned from the first beginning was: managing the bankruptcy procedure and the debtor’s assets, including liquidation of the same. The interest for managing the procedures increased as I was daily involved in activities that usually the Official Receiver appointed by the Bankruptcy judge does. After many years of working in the field of judicial auction I decided that with Domus Auction I can focus my work by managing judicial auctions for participants.
I’m dynamic, ambitious and friends describe me as an empathic caracter.

Nadiya Kravchuk,

In april 2023 I finished the economics faculty of the University of Perugia. For several years I  worked in an  office specialized in auction preparation and the entire document process.

My strength is certainly to deal with the bureaucratic procedures, manage the part concerning the control of the appraisal of the property, all the technical checks and details regarding the properties.
